HYDERABAD:
Results of the Intermediate first year advanced supplementary were declared here on Thursday. The pass percentage stood at 63.88 per cent while the cumulative pass percentage including the annual examinations in March 2006 went up to 64.55 per cent.
BIE secretary R.P. Sisodia said 2,66,894 candidates cleared the examination out of the 4,17,784 who appeared. Of these, 1,06,484 got "A" grade, 70,656 secured "B" grade, 51,978 got "C" grade and 37,726 secured "D" grade. He said 68,468 candidates appeared under the non-improvement category while 1,98,426 students appeared for improvement.
Memos from July 6
The memorandum of marks would be available with the principals from July 6 onwards and any discrepancies should be brought to the notice of the Board before August 5.
Candidates who wish to go in for recounting have to pay Rs. 100 per paper and Rs. 600 per paper for photocopy as well as re-verification of answer book. Applications for this can either be obtained from the Regional Inspection Officers or principals of concerned junior colleges on payment of Rs. 2. Applications can also be downloaded from the website http://www.bieap.gov.in./
Filled in applications with necessary details and DD drawn in favour of Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, A.P. Hyderabad should be submitted before July 11.
